Returns & Exchange

All of our jewellry is unique, so it will not be possible to exchange a ring for a different size. Therefore, we ask that you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure you are purchasing the correct size. 

Tale Thoughts is all about conscious consumption - we optimize processes and production in order to reduce carbon emissions and minimize our impact on the environment. You can exchange your piece for another that you like better or request a refund, as long as the jewellery is in perfect condition with no signs of use, in its original packaging accompanied by the Warranty and Authenticity Certificate that was sent to you with your purchase.

The deadline for exchange and return of your jewellery is 14 days from the date of delivery. To do so, please send an email to info@talethoughts.com stating the reason and your order number. The return of your jewellery will be your full responsibility, including any costs related and if it is received in poor condition, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or return as requested.
